The temptations of power?
Not to listen to other people, specially those with different ideas from your own.
Some years ago the Evening Standard reviewed a book about 6 outstanding CEOs – not ones that keep the ship afloat, but ones who turn a sinking ship into a successful one. Each were very different characters, but all of them had one characteristic in common – Humility! I.e. they listened to other people.
