Elijah heard God’s voice in the silence – (after the wind, earth quake …) it was in the silence that followed that Elijah heard God’s voice. To me this again is value of prayer time – quiet prayer time that God’s voice & wisdom can be heard. Again it stresses the importance of quiet, still time – this is time with God.
