    How did the people worship? Physically, hands int eh air and prostrating themselves. Real grief for their sins and failures. Rejoicing and sharing food with families and neighbours.

    very powerful – to really acknowledge our sins & ask for forgiveness + to be mindful of others & take action to help others.
